Who we are

Based in Cumbria I have over 30 years NHS and healthcare experience including minor injuries, training health professionals, teaching in secondary schools, school and district nursing. Through that background comes a wealth of true life experiences which I can pass on through my courses and put across emergency and injury situations through stories and scenarios.

My regular client list has been constantly growing through word of mouth and includes Secondary and Primary Schools, Rugby clubs, James Walker Cockermouth & Lattimer Homes
